BOOKINGS 

A booking is possible if made by SITA either by a client online or by the staff of SITA Ltd. Bookings are made only when a certain program and price have been agreed in advance. An invoice is issued and sent for payment, which also represents the confirmation of SITA Ltd. for the services, ordered by the client. Any special requirements should be reported by the client at the time of booking or 24 hours prior of groups arrival. After the full prepayment is received a set of documents will be sent over to the client, containing vouchers and other relevant papers. Please make sure all details inside are correct and contact us immediately should you notice incorrect or missing information.

PAYMENT                                                                                            

Full prepayment of services shall be paid directly to SITA’s company bank account at least 7 days prior to the client’s arrival.  SITA shall contract the third party suppliers on behalf of the customer and the customer shall pay to SITA on demand all costs, fees, taxes etc invoiced by SITA to the customer in respect of items contracted with the third party suppliers.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations should be made in writing to SITA Ltd. 20 days prior to the clients’s arrival without incurring a fee for groups and 48 hours for FIT reservations, except during National Holidays and festivals at important venues – such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, International fairs and The Rose festival. The release date for reservations (at these venues / during these festivals) will be at least one month prior to the client's arrival. If the above deadlinea are exceeded, a charge for the amount of an overnight stay at the respective booked hotel per person according to the agreed price will be applied. No show charge will be at the amount of two respective overnight stays.

TRAVEL INSURANCE, HELATH AND IMIGRATION 

Our packages do not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend our clients purchase a policy of their choice. Clients are also fully responsible for all visa, passport, immigration, quarantine, customs, health and other requirements of the countries visited or transited. A valid passport must be carried by each person. SITA Ltd. cannot be held responsible if a client fails to ensure that they comply with these requirements.
